VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We still have slots to fill for volunteers to help before and during this exciting race event.  The race day starts very early but it also ends early.  The race will be over by about 10 am and then we have a HUGE After party with 14 different restaurants.  It's lots of fun and what you do will benefit our entire community through three special entities in Parrish and Manatee County - The Parrish YMCA, The Manatee County Youth Rowing and the Parrish Civic Association.

All the volunteers get a wrist band so you can enjoy the food and goodies without spending a dime.

I have some folks signed up to pass out water to the runners and I still need more.  I have various other jobs for folks and will be assigning those duties at the venue on race day.  We have many volunteers who worked it last year and they are back because they had so much fun so you will have experienced people all around you.
.
Please sign up and join this amazing team.

Come help out our Community at the first race to unite the two beautiful communities - River Wilderness/The Islands and Waterlefe while enjoying the beautiful view across the Fort Hamer Bridge.  The funds we raise will go to help our Parrish YMCA, The Parrish Civic Association and the Manatee County Youth Rowing Organization!

Giving back to our community helps ALL of us!
